Criteria

Be of Haitian heritage and have affected Haiti through notable contributions, show high quality performance and professional conduct with regards to area of expertise

• Nomination by the Haitian Image Awards’ Executive Board
• Meet the Award Year’s eligibilityPeriod August 1 st , 2006 to midnight July 31, 2007
• List Any Awards received during your career
• Current works published or ready
• Membership in non profit organizations benefiting Haiti
• Supporting documents received no later than August 31 st. Should August 31 st fall on a Sunday, documents must be post marked the business day before
• Signed and dated confirmation form

• La nomination par Le Conseil Exécutif de HIA
• Saisissez la période d'acceptabilité du 1er août 2006 au minuit le 31 juillet 2007
• Énumérez toutes les récompenses reçues pendant votre carrière
• Travail courant édité ou publie
• Adhésion dans des organisations à but non lucratif bénéficiant Haïti
• Des pièces justificatives reçues pas plus tard que le 31 août chute du 31 août sur des documents d'un dimanche doit être poteau marqué le jour d'affaires avant
